FOOD & BEVERAGES

Water chiller in the food and beverage industry are used to bring our the heat from the process during mixing, cooking, washing, fermentation, packaging, bottling or pasteurization and etc.
How to use the glycol water chiller for food and beverage process?
As usual, don’t suggest the glycol chiller connect with your food or beverage tank or touch with food and beverage directly. One reason, it will request the chiller evaporator, pipes, pump materials to the food grade, then increase the purchase cost for customer. Second reason, any product cannot ensure 100% no leak in the world, so if any refrigerant or oil leak, this is no allow for food and beverage. So the most safety and economic solution is adopt a SS plate heat exchanger, the chiller supply cold water to cooling down the temperature via the PHE.

PLASTIC INDUSTRY

Cooling is necessary for plastics processing, a large amount of heat is produced in the material, mold or machine, that must be removed during production. For example plastic injection, plastic extrusion (shape extrusion or contour extrusion), bottle blowing and blown film and etc.
The thermoplastic materials such as polypropylene, nylon and PET must be heated to their melting temperature before being molded. When melted, they can be manipulated (injection molded, extruded, etc.) into new shapes. Finally, they must be cooled to set the shape.

CHEMICAL INDUSTRY

The chemical chiller can provide low-temperature cooling water, reduce the temperature of the chemical machinery. The process is to provide cooling water circulation, maintain its long-term operation. Therefore, chemical chillers have been widely used in the chemical industry.
In each chemical industry, there are also different names, mainly chemical coolers, chemical reactor coolers, reaction tank coolers, etc.
Application of chemical chiller in chemical mechanical cooling:
1. Low-boiling organics have rapid condensation， in the chemical reaction, the chemical chiller can precisely control the temperature;
2. The chemical chillers can largely determine the quality, output and cost of chemical products;
3. In the reactor kettle, the biochemical reaction needs to maintain low temperature conditions. The chiller can supply rapid cooling of the API, prevent drug deterioration, low temperature crystallization extraction, low temperature extraction and low temperature drug synthesis.
